We have a dedicated BIM Manager and a team of Engineers and Technicians within our business to help assist all our clients. We pro-actively update our own Revit Families for all our products.
Our Design Capabilities are; 3D design using Revit, AutoCAD 3D, Microstation & Naviswork.
For larger projects, MMS can place an experienced design coordinator in the main designer’s offices, to assist in the development of your projects needs.
Key Design Deliverables are:
- Detailed Design schedule
- Design submittal schedule
- Procurement Schedule to ensure key items are delivered in time.
- Product submittals (Product Approval Request)
- Revit drawings.
- Request For Information
- Pro-active clash detection notification, including VR walkthrough
- Hazard identification & Design Risk Assessment
- Constructability Review – (available in VR)
- O&M Manuals & As-Fitted drawings
- All BIM Designs include COBie Files
- Full Technical Submittal
